Hi there!

I'm a creative automation pro, critical thinker, innovation influencer and a vibrant speaker in the field of business and technology. I embraces ideapreneurship through my articles, journals, mentorships and an active participant in conferences. My fave is volunteering and helping the community to grow.

I wear multiple hats to my professional life with many accolades, certifications and honors for my contributions to leading Multi-National companies like HCL America Inc, Tata Consultancy Services (TATA), Merck & Co and now playing the role as Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance for Bayer Corporation in United States.

I was raised in Tamil Nadu, India and love reading, researching, coaching, teaching online, and creating life-affirming content over cocktail parties and press junkets. I hold a Master’s in Engineering degree from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore – India.

I enjoyed my Twelve (12) years of school education in Spartan Matriculation Higher Secondary School followed by four years of bachelor's degree in Engineering.

According to me, Knowledge Principle is defined as an effective Decision making through synthesizing Information (big data) and deriving business Solutions through effective Communication.
